GREEN POWDER
Green Powder is used directly as a component of rubber compounds or as a raw material used in the thermal-mechanical reclaiming process to manufacture reclaimed rubber in the form of ribbons, sheets and blocks. The rubber reclaiming processes cab be run on twin-screw or planetary extruding systems. We particularly recommend fraction 0.6 mm.
SBR GREEN GRAN RUBBER GRANULATE
The Green Gran rubber granulate is used as a raw material in the thermal-mechanical reclaiming processes to manufacture reclaimed rubber in the form of ribbons, sheets and blocks. The rubber reclaiming processes cab be run on twin-screw or planetary extruding systems. We particularly recommend fraction 0.5 – 2 mm.

Recommended applications of the GREEN GRAN granulate: technical rubber products with the tensile strength ranging from 4 MPa to 8 MPa. Examples: rubber mats, protective aprons, car window wipers.
POLIRUB RECLAIMED RUBBER
The POLIRUB thermal-mechanical reclaimed rubber is obtained as a result of thermal-mechanical reclamation of powders or granulates. We manufacture them in the form of ribbon reels, sheets or blocks.
Proprietary research shows that direct application of the POLIRUB reclaimed rubber in rubber compound production processes provides OKable results in the amounts to approx. 50 phr., and it can be combined with an additional amount of GREEN POWDER (up to 30 phr) to manufacture products complying with low strength requirements.
Recommended applications: tyre industry, technical rubber products with the tensile strength ranging from 8 MPa to 18 MPa.

PROCESS ADDITIVES
Depending on the requirements for reclaimed rubber, rubber compounds, processing properties of the raw materials and their form, the following additives are suitable for the thermal-mechanical reclaiming process.
DPDS – Diphenyl Disulfide – CAS: 882-33-7
Naphthenic oil – hydrotreated heavy naphthenic distillate (petroleum), unspecified base oil – CAS: 64742-52-5 (representative product example: Nytex 820 oil manufactured by Brenntag)
Granulated natural rubber – CAS: 9006-04-6 (representative product example: NEOGRAN 360G-10T manufactured by WEBER & SCHAER GmbH & Co. KG)
